Dall Sheep Ram Photo - 2.

Another example of how patience is the key to wildlife photography. I waited up near Polychroome Pass, Denali NP, all evening. Many other hikers and photographers came by, chatted briefly, and left. I waited and waited, hoping the few rams I'd seen around would come into some nice light and I could make some images. In the last 15 minutes before sundown I shot 3 rolls of film, all of which were keepers. I had the entire place to myself that evening. Beautiful! Dall Sheep Ram, Denali NP, Alaska.
